Matt Damon has that girl group he's always wanted.

The 37-year-old actor welcomed his second daughter with wife Luciana today, Damon's publicist confirms to E! News.

"Matt and Lucy Damon had a baby girl named Gia Zavala on Wednesday, Aug. 20. Everyone's doing great," rep Jennifer Allen said.

The new addition joins sister Isabella, 2, and half-sister Alexia, 10, Luciana's daughter from a previous relationship, in the Bourne Ultimatum star's ultrafeminine household.

"I'm so outnumbered down here, it's crazy," Damon joked to USA Today recently.

People's reigning Sexiest Man Alive—who had to relinquish his crown for a bit while filming Steven Soderbergh's The Informant—swapped vows with his Argentinian-born missus in December 2005.

Recent Bachelorette reject Jason Mesnick, whose heart DeAnna Pappas passed over in her own second-time-around quest for love, has signed on to be the new Bachelor when the ABC series returns in January 2009.

The hunky single dad from Seattle had been all primed to propose, ring and everything, when Pappas stopped him from getting down on one knee, leaving him—and plenty of viewers—crushed. Instead, she opted for 26-year-old snowboarder Jesse Csincsak.

Now Mesnick gets another shot at making the perfect match. The hunt is on for 25 ladies willing to bare their hearts, souls and, in some cases, claws on national TV.

The driver on the other end of Shia LaBeouf's DUI crash will have his day in court, as well.

Herbert Simon, 21, has been cited for running a red light, a vehicular infraction that caused his July 27 smashup with the Transformers star.

Authorities are still trying to determine whether Simon was behind the wheel at the time, but Los Angeles Sheriff's spokesman Officer Steve Whitmore confirmed to E! News that the young man was issued a citation because it was his car that went through the light.

Access Hollywood believes they've stumbled upon the rarest thing of all: an actual confirmation from a definitely pregnant but not saying anything star.

They caught up with Jennifer Garner at an event celebrating Baby Einstein’s 10th anniversary, where she had this to say:

"Thank you. We’re so excited, obviously.”

We don't know whether that was a response to "Congrats on the baby" or "Congrats on the new house" or "We can't wait to have you and Ben over for dinner this weekend, we even bought the new edition of Clue so we can all play!"

Jen also said, “It always makes me laugh when people say, ‘Is she? Isn’t she?’ It’s like eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute."

That's just what we're going to do—chill and let this "official confirmation" pass.

Guilty? That's what he said.

The Office denizen Craig Robinson pleaded guilty today in Los Angeles to one felony count of possessing a controlled substance, namely Ecstasy, stemming from his arrest earlier this summer.

The actor, who plays warehouse worker Darryl in the NBC hit, originally faced the additional charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor driving under the influence, but Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz dismissed the latter two charges.

That's what you call a win-win-win.

Ricky Martin has shaken his bon-bon all the way to the paternity ward: The Latino superstar is now the proud father of twin boys.

The "Livin' la Vida Loca" singer's spawn were delivered via a surrogate mother several weeks ago, his rep confirmed today.

"The children, delivered via surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care," per the official statement.

"Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children."
