Judging by recent pictures of Katie Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise, you would never suspect that the actress was going through a shocking divorce from Tom Cruise and dealing with its legal woes (can you say "custody battle"?), and for that we say—kudos.

Holmes and her main girl—and apparently two very important stuffed animals—set out for a little shopping today in New York. Nope, the fashionistas didn't hit up the department stores for matching outfits. Instead the gals did a little grocery shopping. But that can still be fun, right?
The dynamic duo ran some errands at the local Whole Foods Market in New York City, and the eco-friendly youngster made sure to take her reusable tote that said "Suri's Shopping Bag" on the front.
How cute is that?!
